Program Name and Description
Program: DTS Internal Employee On-Call Alerting.
Description: The program sends operational text messages exclusively to enrolled DTSolutions employees and other authorized DTS personnel. Messages relate to monitoring alarms, on-call coordination, and PSA (Professional Services Automation) ticket activity generated by DTSolutions internal systems. No client, customer, vendor, or public communication is conducted through this program. The program is operated by Delval Technology Solutions Corporation, doing business as DTSolutions.
Who Can Enroll
Enrollment is limited to current DTSolutions employees and other authorized DTS personnel. Enrollment is completed through DTS internal onboarding or on-call scheduling processes only. There is no public opt-in form or self-service enrollment. Customers, clients, vendors, and the general public are not eligible.
Consent
By accepting internal enrollment in the program, the DTS employee consents to receive recurring text messages from DTSolutions at the mobile number they provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of any purchase of DTS products or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Enrolled DTS employees may receive messages related to on-call alerting, monitoring alarm activity, and PSA ticket notifications. During periods with active alarms or incidents, message frequency will increase.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. The employee's carrier standard messaging and data charges apply to any messages sent to or received from DTSolutions.
Opt-Out
An enrolled DTS employee may cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message received from the program. After the employee sends one of these keywords, we will send a message confirming they have been unsubscribed. They will no longer receive messages from the program. To re-join, contact your DTS point of contact or request re-enrollment through DTS internal processes.

If an enrolled employee is experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance, or email support@dtsolutions.com.
Supported Carriers
The program is supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Enrolled employee privacy is important to us. Please review the DTS SMS Privacy Policy - Internal Employee On-Call Alerting for information on how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with the program. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to These Terms
Delval Technology Solutions Corporation may modify or cancel the program or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
