SMS Privacy Policy

Internal Employee On-Call Alerting · Effective July 10, 2026

Scope: This SMS program is strictly for internal use by DTSolutions employees and other authorized DTS personnel. It is not offered to customers, clients, or the general public. There is no public or self-service opt-in for this program.

This SMS Privacy Policy describes how Delval Technology Solutions Corporation, doing business as DTSolutions ("DTS", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the DTS Internal Employee On-Call Alerting text messaging program, which notifies authorized DTS personnel about operational events and PSA ticket activity generated by DTS internal systems.

Who Receives Messages

Recipients of this program are limited to current DTSolutions employees and other authorized DTS personnel who have been enrolled by DTS through internal onboarding or on-call scheduling processes. Customers, clients, vendors, and members of the public are not eligible to receive messages from this program.

Information We Collect

When a DTS employee is enrolled in the program, we collect their mobile telephone number and information necessary to route messages to them, including enrollment status, message delivery status, and any keywords the employee sends in response to our messages (for example, STOP, HELP, or CANCEL).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected only to operate the DTS Internal Employee On-Call Alerting program. This includes sending operational alerts, on-call notifications, and PSA ticket updates to enrolled DTS personnel, and responding to opt-out and help requests as required by carrier and regulatory rules.

No Sale or Sharing of Mobile Information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors and service providers acting on our behalf in support of our services is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Enrolled DTS employees may receive messages related to on-call alerting, monitoring alarm activity, and PSA ticket notifications. During periods with active alarms or incidents, message frequency will increase.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. The employee's carrier standard messaging and data charges apply to any messages sent to or received from DTS.

Opt-Out and Help

Enrolled DTS personnel may unsubscribe from the program at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from the program. For assistance, reply HELP or INFO.

Data Retention

We retain mobile information for the duration of enrollment and for a reasonable period afterward as required to comply with our legal, audit, and record-keeping obligations. Opt-out requests are retained indefinitely to honor the employee's election.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information collected in connection with the program. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
